Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions and assessments. Our practice supports flexible working hours, with a general work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of our patients, ensuring that we provide effective and timely support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respect and acknowledge patients' cultural backgrounds, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or psychologist in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with an emphasis on cultural competence in clinical practice.

• Documented experience in providing individual and group therapy with attention to culturally responsive practices.
\n
• Proven capabilities in crisis intervention, demonstrating calmness and expertise in high-pressure situations.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing rapport with our diverse patient population.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and adeptness in utilizing various computer applications for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
