Davis Development is seeking a Project Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Managers across multiple luxury apartment developments. You will manage project files, contracts, PO changes, procurement documentation, insurance certificates, and weekly draw/invoice processing to keep projects on budget and on schedule. The role requires strong organizational skills, 3 years of construction accounts payable experience, and proficiency in MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
