Peak Performance Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist to join our thriving outpatient clinic located in Cypress, California. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our patients' quality of life by helping them to regain motion, strength, and mobility through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, where our team collaborates closely to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. The clinic operates onsite to foster teamwork and build strong professional relationships among staff and patients. Our typical work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, providing you with a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapeutic care to patients, keenly addressing their unique health goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a suitable patient caseload, allowing you to devote necessary time and attention to each patient.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy, leveraging your previous experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Implement cost-effective treatment options aimed at improving patients' motion and mobility while minimizing drug dependency.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate various treatment modalities tailored to individual patient needs.
• Design fitness and wellness programs that cater specifically to the rehabilitation and recovery requirements of your patients.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote bespoke care that is proven to yield positive outcomes.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, adapting strategies to ensure engagement and participation.
• Promote lifestyle changes that enhance overall health, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
• Continuously assess treatment efficacy while closely monitoring each patient's progress throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment services provided to ensure the best quality of care and compliance with health standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse demographic of patients, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals undergoing post-surgical rehabilitation, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Our clinic fosters a patient-centered approach, emphasizing communication and relatability, thus enhancing therapeutic relationships and treatment adherence.

Qualifications

• Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess an active Physical Therapist license in California, ensuring compliance and a clear track record without sanctions or board proceedings.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques, demonstrating versatility in treatment approaches.
• Have remarkable skills in formulating and executing effective exercise programs that resonate with patient needs.
• Adept at using EMR software, with a preference for Web PT, to manage documentation efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices, ensuring a commitment to professional development and care excellence.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting, specifically involving orthopedic rehabilitation.
• A background in sports medicine or related fields will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
