Work Environment

As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite at our modern facility located in Anaheim, California. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technologies, our facility provides a dynamic and constructive environment for both patients and staff. You will engage with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to create a comprehensive care plan for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinically safe and effective physical therapy services by adhering to established protocols and best practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in case discussions to design and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
• Instruct patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and exercises that are essential for sustaining recovery and improving mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and innovative modalities to facilitate pain relief and enhance physical function.
• Mentor and provide educational guidance to physical therapy students and new staff, cultivating a nurturing learning environment.
• Engage in ongoing education and departmental initiatives aimed at performance improvement, ensuring the provision of quality care.
• Stay updated on developments in the field, including regulatory changes, hospital policies, and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with a diverse range of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will tailor your approach based on individual patient assessments, working closely with children, adults, and seniors, ensuring a holistic and compassionate approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as they relate to therapeutic practices.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented settings.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, demonstrating a proven track record of successful patient care.
• Experience with electronic health record systems for documentation and patient data management.

Compensation and Benefits
