Our team consists of skilled professionals including two licensed physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant, all of whom are committed to delivering compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of our patients. We focus primarily on the orthopedic outpatient population and cater to individuals with private medical insurance, ensuring a supportive and rehabilitative experience designed for optimal recovery.

Work Environment

This role will be conducted onsite at our Anaheim facility, where you will collaborate closely with your colleagues in a dynamic and positive environment. Our center is professionally designed to promote a conducive atmosphere for rehabilitation, featuring modern equipment and dedicated spaces for therapy sessions. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Authenticate and address the unique objectives and requirements of each patient within the rehabilitation setting.
• Efficiently manage a patient load of one patient per hour while providing comprehensive assessments and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that utilize a variety of treatment techniques, ensuring effective interventions.
• Empower patients to achieve their functional goals by delivering evidence-based care and proactive rehabilitation strategies.
• Monitor patient progress consistently, adjusting care plans as necessary, and documenting all treatments meticulously.
• Educate and motivate patients about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, focusing on enhancing their strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Advocate for patient-centered solutions that minimize reliance on medications and invasive surgical procedures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your efforts will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, fractures, and chronic pain syndromes. You will be engaged in work that not only helps restore physical functioning but also fosters a holistic approach to wellness, taking into account each patient's lifestyle and personal goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong foundation in orthopedic therapy, including expert knowledge of manual therapy techniques.
• Proficiency in creating and conducting tailored exercise programs that meet the diverse needs of patients.
• Effective communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to patient engagement and education.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of in an orthopedic outpatient clinic setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly platforms such as WebPT.
• History of utilizing innovative treatment modalities that reflect best practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
