Our center specializes in orthopedic outpatient therapy, catering primarily to patients with private medical insurance. We pride ourselves on delivering evidence-based treatments in a collaborative environment where therapists, patients, and their families work together for optimal recovery.

Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility encompasses cutting-edge equipment and technologies, fostering a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes healing and wellness. You will work alongside a team of two seasoned physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant, ensuring a supportive community that prioritizes patient outcomes and professional growth. Our clinic hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that encourages work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual therapy needs and establish personalized care plans.
• Implement effective treatment methodologies that focus on the unique challenges faced by each patient, ensuring time-efficient care while managing a caseload of one patient per hour.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and manual therapy skills to enhance patients' physical capabilities.
• Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures to maintain their progress post-therapy.
• Closely collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes, promoting a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Document all patient interactions and progress accurately within our EMR system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating continuity of care.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment journey, fostering confidence and encouraging them to achieve their recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Bonneville Peak Rehab and Wellness Center, our focus is primarily on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, each requiring tailored interventions to support their unique health journeys. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist with a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop and implement exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient care processes.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, providing you insights into effective treatment strategies in this specialized area.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, supporting fellow clinicians while ensuring the highest patient care standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
