Work Environment\n

This role is designed for remote work, providing flexibility and an optimal work-life balance. You will engage with our team primarily during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This structure allows you to maintain your personal commitments while ensuring reliable service to your clients. You will also have access to our outpatient facilities should in-person consultations become necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate mood disorder symptoms, assessing their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate closely with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that consider their unique needs, treatment goals, and personal preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective clinical interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, therapeutic strategies, and self-care methods to enhance their understanding and participation in the treatment process.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as needed based on individual growth and feedback.

• Work in tandem with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide holistic and integrated care to clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies to continue enhancing your therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to refine clinical skills and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions aimed at improving patient outcomes.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, striving to reduce stigma associated with mood disorders and ensuring their voices are heard within the care process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on supporting individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will be instrumental in helping these clients navigate their challenges through evidence-based care, emphasizing empowerment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, specifically CBT and DBT.

• Understanding of psychopharmacology to collaborate effectively with medical professionals in patient care.

• A strong history of successful treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.
