Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic consultation in developing pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record systems for record-keeping.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that address the needs of our clients.

• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives, actively participating in licensing and accreditation processes.
