Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments utilizing clinical interviews and standardized evaluation tools to formulate an accurate diagnosis and determine tailored intervention strategies for each patient.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy based on evidence-based practices to address various mental health and behavioral concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans that include specific, measurable goals and timeframes for progress, ensuring patient involvement in their treatment process.

• Coordinate comprehensive care for patients by establishing effective communication with community resources, ensuring continuity of care through referrals, follow-ups, and ongoing assessments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with the pertinent clinical standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse array of backgrounds and life experiences, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on empathetic listening and clear reporting.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and adherence to documentation standards for clinical records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
