Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine the appropriateness of discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans centered on each client's specific needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and determine appropriate interventions.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision for professional growth and to discuss case management strategies.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, seeking continuous improvement in clinical skills and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will serve a diverse population with varying mental health needs, including clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. Triangle Counseling Services is particularly focused on offering inclusive care, reaching out to marginalized communities, and addressing the unique challenges they face.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
\n
• A valid, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification that is current and active.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Strong proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including RMS systems, spreadsheets, and email clients.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Capable of completing intake assessments efficiently and effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience with telehealth service delivery is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with mental health documentation standards and record-keeping practices.

• An attractive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• A fee-for-service compensation model that guarantees rates paid in advance of collections, ensuring timely payment.
