Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Symbria, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing customized treatment plans based on the evaluation of patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation goals.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, corrective exercises, and functional training to enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants in delivering care, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments, including the use of diagnostic tests for muscle, nerve, and joint function.
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care by participating in case conferences and treatment evaluations.
• Educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and the utilization of devices and equipment to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously through clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries to maintain compliance and support clinical decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits
