About The Company:

Our client is a growing organization with multiple operating entities seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and support continued business growth. This role offers a blend of hands-on accounting responsibilities and team leadership.

Job Description:

The Accounting Manager will oversee the month-end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and accounting operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting operations across multiple business entities.
Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid schedules.
Support consolidated financial reporting and intercompany accounting activities.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.
Assist with external audits and preparation of audit support schedules.
Partner with operations, finance, and leadership teams on accounting initiatives.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Experience working in a multi-entity environment required.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
Consolidation and international accounting experience highly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Hands-on leadership role with direct impact on accounting operations.
