Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of existing corporate accounts, driving strong retention and expansion revenue. Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and position governance, compensation, sustainability, and analytics solutions. Manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal business, including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑Suite, legal, HR, investor relations, and corporate secretaries. Partner cross‑functionally with advisory, product, and client service teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes. Contribute market and client feedback to inform product development and go‑to‑market strategy. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3+ years of experience in B2B account management, consultative sales, or client‑facing roles. Experience working with corporate, financial services, legal, or consulting clients is a plus. Superior analytical, verbal, and written skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms. Location Washington, DC: A modern, open‑floor workspace on Rhode Island Avenue in Northwest DC, with an onsite gym and convenient metro access. Compensation The Washington, DC expected base pay range is $80,000–$90,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. In addition to the base salary, this role includes performance‑based incentive compensation, with total annual earnings potential aligned to individual performance.
