This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in managing your schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, developing individualized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Providing short-term psychotherapy and facilitating group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of diverse teenage and young adult populations.

• Offering timely consultations and advice for counseling needs to students, parents, and school staff.
\n
• Planning and implementing outreach activities, including workshops and informational sessions designed to raise awareness of mental health issues.

• Responding to crises with appropriate assessment and intervention strategies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Formulating safety plans for clients with suicidal ideations, including the assessment of severity and coordination of hospitalizations when necessary.

• Practicing in accordance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding the confidentiality and dignity of all clients.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and participating in professional development activities to promote best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on providing support to adolescents and young adults, particularly within a school setting. The social worker will work with a diverse population, addressing various challenges, including emotional well-being, academic pressures, relationships, and transitional issues. Your contributions are essential in empowering clients to navigate their mental health challenges and promoting their overall success and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work and a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation. Applicants with a fully licensed LMHC designation will also be considered.

• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience following the completion of your master's degree, particularly in case management and therapeutic settings.

• A proven ability to connect with and manage the treatment of a diverse adolescent or college-aged population.

Compensation and Benefits\n
