Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals navigating anxiety and depression to families seeking guidance in interpersonal relationships. Our clients often come from various socio-economic backgrounds, necessitating an approach that is sensitive, respectful, and culturally competent. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be essential to achieving successful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a fully licensed credential as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Prior experience in mental health counseling, with a minimum of one year in a clinical role.

• A strong familiarity with community mental health resources and support services.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members alike.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients and support their therapeutic journeys.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
