Join Buchanan Auto Stores as an Automotive Sales Manager and lead our dynamic sales team to success. In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with staff to achieve sales targets while fostering a positive and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and profitability

Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and return business

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department

Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional events to attract new customers

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales management or related field

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and market trends

Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop effective strategies

Customer-focused with a commitment to excellent service

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
