Sales Director

Location: San Francisco (Bay Area preferred), remote/ hybrid option with office/ customer meetings when possible. We're a fast-growing AI infrastructure company, and our platform is becoming the go-to standard in our space. Now we need a leader to own and scale our mid-market motion. You'll write the playbook, build the team, and drive logo growth in a segment that's moving fast. For this role, ideally, you will have the following experience: You've lived in the 0–2,000 employee segment. 3+ years leading B2B SaaS sales teams 4–5+ years as an IC before stepping into management You coach reps to close, not just track their pipeline Sold AI infrastructure or to technical/engineering personas. Builder mentality, you don't wait for the playbook, you write it You may have worked in teh enterprise space and looking to build the Digital Native space Excellent role for top Account Executive, mentoring/ starting to take on leadership responsibilities and looking to move into management The role: Build and lead a team of commercial AEs Own logo growth and pipeline velocity Shape the go-to-market from the ground up Partner closely with Marketing, SDRs, and RevOps The details: Based in San Francisco (Bay Area preferred) OTE up to ~$380K + equity if living locally to the Bay area.
