Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, helping them to understand mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Track client progress systematically and adjust treatment plans as needed, collaborating closely with other medical professionals such as psychiatrists for integrated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments in mood disorders and incorporate new findings into treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.
