Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily tasks will include the following:

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes in alignment with Steadfast Support Clinic's policies, ensuring comprehensive documentation that informs treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to design and implement effective treatment strategies, including discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Consult with families and support systems to engage them in the therapeutic process, ensuring consistency and support during and after treatment.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and life circumstances of each client, incorporating evidence-based interventions to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with students, utilizing therapeutic techniques appropriate for their emotional and developmental stages, while adapting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to sustain engagement and promote recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be with students facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and the effects of trauma. By providing support in a school environment, you will play a crucial role in facilitating students' emotional and social development and help them navigate their academic journeys.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of three years of professional experience as a Clinical Social Worker, demonstrating expertise in behavioral health services.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited university.

• A valid License as a LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, or in progress towards licensure.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attentiveness to detail in all aspects of documentation and case management.

• Strong self-motivation and the ability to proactively manage billing, documentation, and client engagement.
