Office Operations Manager
You will be managing all aspects of office operations for the Seattle location. You will greet visitors and guide them through the guest registration process, host candidates during in office interviews, distribute mail to all respectful owners in the office, and coordinate with building management and vendors on facilities and maintenance issues.
Additionally, you will be in the office Monday-Friday working in Pacific Time.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing office and administrative support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Highly dependable and punctual
- Front Desk presence
$21.1 per hour
