Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our clients' mental and emotional health. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting initial assessments to understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
\n
• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person as needed, tailored to specific client issues and goals.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress, employing tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community providers to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
\n
• Engaging in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in Pennsylvania.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly beneficial:

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, particularly in outpatient or telehealth environments.

• Experience with a diverse client population and various presenting issues, including trauma-informed care approaches.

• Already credentialed with insurance providers or willingness to undergo the credentialing process with support from Green Oak Wellness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we offer:
