Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify client needs and design individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources to ensure clients receive coordinated care and comprehensive support for all aspects of their mental health.

• Deliver crisis intervention during acute episodes, maintaining composure and empathy to support clients in distressing situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance public understanding of mental health issues and reduce stigma while promoting the services offered at our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse client populations, including adults, children, families, and marginalized communities. You will engage with individuals facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more complex mental health conditions. Your expertise will help empower clients to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Robust organizational and time-management abilities to ensure the maintenance of accurate documentation and timely service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting or similar environment is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
