Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine individual treatment needs and develop personalized therapy strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a diverse and inclusive approach to mental health care.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain informed about the latest research and best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in a teletherapy setting is a plus, as this role relies on effective virtual communication and rapport-building with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
