Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and personal circumstances to create a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring that the interventions are effective and responsive to clients' evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, including developing safety plans for clients in distress, ensuring their immediate and long-term safety and health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the protection of client information.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide well-rounded care and support for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest trends, practices, and legal requirements in mental health through continuous education and team training initiatives.

• Participate in clinical supervision to enhance your clinical skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy to clients.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and the professional standards established by relevant licensing boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you serve will range across various demographics and presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
