Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote client progress and symptom management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work within our clinic will primarily involve assisting individuals experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license or certification (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice in California.

• At least two years of professional experience working with clients encountering various emotional challenges is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
