Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transcendence Counseling Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport and professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic relationship.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and the effectiveness of treatment strategies, with adjustments made as necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress notes for every client interaction to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

• Conducting intake assessments to gauge each client’s unique circumstances and mental health needs.
\n
• Participating regularly in individual supervision to refine clinical skills and address challenges in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth clients dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and emotional disturbances. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to support them in navigating their struggles and achieving emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
