Work Environment\n

This remote position offers you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still benefiting from a structured support system typically found in an outpatient setting. Our practice emphasizes a patient-centric approach where your insights and skills contribute to positive health outcomes. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patients’ scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ conditions and create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote positive behavioral changes.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients and foster a sense of community.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support in emergency situations, helping clients navigate acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources within the community, promoting informed decision-making.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure accountability and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques relevant to the field.

• Strong skills in conducting extensive mental health evaluations and developing comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Proficient experience providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele through both in-person and virtual formats.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Solid judgment and commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology to ensure streamlined documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits\n
