This role involves managing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments with a focus on Microsoft 365 services, MDM (Intune), Copilot, and M365 Tenant management. As a client-facing position, strong customer service skills are essential as you'll be interacting with clients and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize IT systems within a Managed Services environment.Deploy and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions, including successful email migrations.Build and manage file servers and cloud computing solutions, with experience in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Hyper-V.Perform network deployments, including setting up firewalls, switches, and servers.Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Microsoft Cloud Solutions, including Azure, M365, Intune, and SharePoint.Administer and configure SonicWall and Ubiquiti systems.Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience in Managed Services (MSP) with a strong grasp of IT system efficiency best practices.Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 deployment and management.Experience in building and deploying file servers and cloud solutions.Familiarity with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Hyper-V; knowledge of Azure implementations is a plus.Experience with network equipment deployment and configuration.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions and administration of SonicWall and Ubiquiti.Salary: $85,000 – $95,000Benefits:100% company-paid Health, Dental, and Vision insurance.401(k) plan with 3% company match.Certification reimbursement.Mileage reimbursement and company car.Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.Clear opportunities for career advancement.
