IT System Administrator Tier 2We are a growing Managed Cloud Services Provider that not only offers its employees with skillset advancement and growth but work/life balance with flexible schedules. We have over 30 years in business with a team of over 20 dedicated IT professionals. We are passionate about IT and the avenues that it opens up for businesses.We are looking for an MSP experienced IT System Administrator Tier 2 comfortable handling escalated tickets with ConnectWise and System Administration tasks. The IT System Administrator Tier 2 will also assist Sr. Engineers with modernization of infrastructures, migrating clients to cloud solutions, and providing onsite support when needed. The IT System Administrator L2 should be well versed with Windows Server, M365 Administration, AD/GPO, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure Entra ID, InTune, and configuring Firewalls.IT System Administrator Tier 2 Technical Skills:Windows desktop supportMicrosoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, & 2022 administration and configurationNetworking configuration, management, and troubleshootingComprehensive knowledge of Office/Microsoft 365 configuration, management, and troubleshootingFirewall /VPN configuration and troubleshootingAzure Entra ID and Intune supportLAN/WAN networksIT System Administrator Tier 2 Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePTO, Paid Holidays, & Flexible Work Schedule401(k) with Company MatchCertification Training & ReimbursementTravel ReimbursementInternal Growth Opportunities
