Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical, empathetic, and effective mental health counseling sessions through video communication.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement regular progress assessments to monitor and adjust treatment as necessary, ensuring clients develop healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with our support team and utilize our counselor portal to streamline paperwork and client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Our approach focuses on empowering clients to enhance their quality of life through skill development and therapeutic support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• A valid and current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice. We are looking for professionals with one of the following credentials: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  \n

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates should have no disciplinary actions on record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

• Strong computer literacy skills, with access to a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual therapy sessions.

• A reliable internet connection conducive to teletherapy.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical counseling setting, providing therapy to adults.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling sessions is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
