Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will focus on a variety of therapeutic tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that involve both joint and individual meetings with family members to address multiple perspectives.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat issues such as marital conflict, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Guiding clients through challenges including substance abuse, grief, loss, and the intricacies of blended family dynamics.
\n
• Collaborating with healthcare providers, educational professionals, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

• Documenting clients’ progress, evaluations, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be utilized to support a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents. You will address a wide array of mental health issues, such as:

• Family conflicts and communication difficulties

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Possess an active and valid LMFT license from the state of California.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a licensed marriage and family therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
