There may be instances when evening or weekend shifts are required to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client recovery and growth.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress consistent with established treatment goals, providing feedback and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create comprehensive and integrated care plans for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions and sessions within our electronic health record system.

• Stay current with evolving research, best practices, and trends in the mental health and substance abuse fields to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
