Job title Senior Account Executive, Client Services Reporting of the role This role reports to an Account Director, Client Services Overview of the job As the Senior Account Executive, you will be working within the Client Services team. In this exciting role you will be working directly with some of our most high profile clients and social platforms. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining our relationships with creators, bringing the best client service to our clients. 3 best things about the job Be part of one of the fastest-growing Global influencer marketing agencies The chance to learn from and knowledge share with the global teams Joining the business at a time of growth and expansion in the NA (North America) region Measures of success — in the first few months, you will have: Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure. Familiarized yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our internal campaign trackers, sourcing, and creator selection processes. Learned our key systems: Reference to Slack, Google Workspace, IQ Data, and Waves. Established creator comms understanding: Identify creators, contact/negotiate with them, and onboard them to Waves. Creator management: Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists including outsource reach out negotiations and management of creators, share creator guidelines across campaigns. Initiated minimal client interaction: Answer client questions when on-ground and support client comms on calls and via email with help from the manager. Roles & responsibilities Support with the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, adding value to the client's experience Working closely with sales and client services teams across key platform partners Responsible for building, vetting, sourcing and nurturing relationships with creators, supporting creator briefings, negotiations and guiding content creation Support the wider team with strategic creator research and outreach Be a strong point of contact for brand partners Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief & content uploads and creator payments Liaising with senior stakeholders on influencer marketing activations to discuss content, and creators Work on PCA's with senior team members to ensure we exceed client expectations What you will need Minimum of 2 years experience in an influencer marketing Experience working across TikTok as a badged partner is a plus. Must have experience working across TikTok campaigns Experience managing high volumes of creators and content a must Experience with UGC and micro creators Experience working across multiple campaigns simultaneously with short timelines Experience client facing, managing client expectations and relationship Experience with API partnerships with platforms a plus Organized, meticulous about meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detail High energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritize across several projects A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally The ability to remain calm under pressure Not afraid to roll the sleeves up and get involved with day-to-day tasks Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Core benefits Medical Benefits through Insperity Wellbeing support including EAP & Mental Health cover 401K with match opportunity 22 days of Paid Time Off (+ Federal Holidays which can be flexed to your needs) For more information on our benefits, perks and what makes us unique, please visit our website.
