Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and areas for improvement, which will help tailor personalized treatment plans.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• In collaboration with the treatment team, develop and implement individualized treatment goals and interventions based on clinical assessments.

• Engage in crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to enhance therapeutic outcomes and foster a supportive community among clients.

Qualifications\n
