This position operates in a telehealth setting, enabling our counselors to provide services from the comfort of their own homes. This flexible environment fosters work-life balance while allowing you to connect with clients through secure telemedicine platforms. Full-time LPCs work Monday to Friday during standard business hours, while part-time opportunities offer the option to create your schedule based on team needs and personal commitments—no weekend work required!

Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, assessing their progress through thorough evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to diverse groups, families, couples, and individual clients, actively engaging in their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to ensure effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being, fostering an integrated approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and seminars to maintain knowledge of evolving mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 annually, supplemented by a bonus structure.
