Executive Officer

As an Executive Officer, you will plan, execute, support and continually refine the daily operation and manage the resources of the Office of the Director critical in meeting agency mission and priorities. Key Responsibilities Supervising and/or mentoring staff personnel, including assigning and reviewing work products, setting performance expectations, and providing feedback. Managing office resources including human resources, budget and finance, property, security, emergency management/operations, and logistics. Leading special projects that have an agency wide impact. Providing leadership support in agency-level programs and initiatives affecting the agency's mission and priorities. Qualifications Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position.
