Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional telehealth practice. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telehealth to understand clients' mental health needs and background.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Document patient interactions accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and inform ongoing treatment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Engage in case consultations and peer reviews to refine therapeutic practices and enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists provide support to a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health concerns. By fostering a safe and supportive online environment, you will help guide clients through their challenges, facilitating their path towards healing and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proficient in utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored specifically to individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to nurture therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
