Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses, and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques, customized to meet each client's unique needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective responses to urgent mental health issues.
\n
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation including progress notes and treatment plans is up-to-date and reflective of client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community health providers, to provide integrated services that address the complexities of clients' mental health and overall well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, exploring treatment options, and introducing available community resources, while also advocating for their rights and specific needs in the healthcare system.

• Stay abreast of current best practices in mental health therapy through participation in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds, experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. The focus will be on building rapport and trust to facilitate effective treatment outcomes and empower clients throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid mental health therapy license in California, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to identify client needs accurately and report on therapeutic progress.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, adept at connecting with clients and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified applicants.
