Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in regular team case consultations and professional training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with best practices.

• Support clients through significant transitions, crises, and milestones in their therapeutic journey to promote resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n
