About the Role:
Cipriano Law Offices PC is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team in West Caldwell, NJ. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the financial operations of a dynamic legal environment where accuracy and professionalism are valued every day.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and send client invoices accurately and on time
• Track and follow up on outstanding balances and accounts receivable
• Maintain and update billing records and client account information
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Process payments and reconcile billing statements
• Generate billing reports and assist with month-end financial close
• Respond to client billing inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative role
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
