Senior Manager, Transformation & Separation

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Transformation & Separation to lead commercial separation, transition, and optimization efforts across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and LATAM). This role is critical to ensuring MiniMed’s markets are fully prepared for business transfer and that regional requirements are embedded into future state processes, policies, and technology.

The Senior Manager will own planning and execution for the Order to Cash transfer from Medtronic to MiniMed, partnering closely with Commercial, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR teams. Responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements
• Supporting solution design
• Coordinating system testing
• Overseeing go live and hypercare activities

This is a high impact, highly visible role that regularly engages senior commercial and functional leaders across both MiniMed and Medtronic. This position is part of the Corporate Development & Strategy team and calls for a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader with strong executive presence, proven cross-functional leadership, and a strong focus on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, and order operations and 5+ years of leadership experience
• Or, advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, and order operations and 5+ years of leadership experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Requirements

• Experience with Order to Cash processes and/or global ERP and boundary system implementations
• Proven commercial operations experience across LATAM, the U.S., and Canada, including pricing, tender management, order fulfillment, and customer service
• Based in the Americas time zone with flexibility to collaborate across global time zones
• MBA preferred
• Strong knowledge of TSA management and service optimization
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations
