Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients, utilizing a client-centered approach to address their unique mental health needs.

• Encourage clients to explore and express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, facilitating greater self-awareness and insight.

• Collaborate with clients as their advocate, helping them identify and articulate their personal goals for their mental health journey.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, designing and implementing tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and solution-focused.

• Utilize digital tools for documentation and communication while adhering to best practices in confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services are focused on adults experiencing low to moderate acuity mental health issues. Clients may present with anxiety, depression, stress-related concerns, or difficulties in interpersonal relationships. Our goal is to create a safe space for individuals to work on their mental health while guiding them to develop coping strategies and life-enhancing skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current, independent license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and the ability to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment modalities relevant to the client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
