As a Bookkeeper at our growing company, you will play a vital role within the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records through a hybrid system of software and paper documentation. You will ensure the integrity of financial data and support various accounting functions to keep our financial operations running smoothly, with limited direct client interaction.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
• Process invoices in a timely manner
• Assist with payroll activities
• Track expenses and review bank statements regularly
• Prepare financial reports as needed
• Ensure all records are organized and up to date

 

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Efficient data entry and time management skills
