Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Supervise and mentor interns and trainees, ensuring they meet academic and clinical standards required by their university and our center.

• Collaborate with medical professionals and family members, integrating behavioral health with overall wellness to promote comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records for clients in compliance with all federal, state, and agency guidelines, utilizing the AWARDS electronic health record system for data entry and documentation.

• Coordinate assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up services, actively participating in the management of intern caseloads to ensure effective client outcomes.
\n
• Lead training workshops for interns and clinical staff while continuously monitoring changes in policies and practices to ensure compliance.
\n
• Facilitate crisis intervention consultations both in-person and via phone, responding quickly and effectively to any urgent client needs.
\n
• Attend regular program and agency meetings to contribute insights and updates related to client care and intern training processes.
\n
• Handle administrative duties such as preparing performance evaluations, participation in audits, and generating required reporting for the Director.

• Participate proactively in the development and implementation of clinical program objectives, continuously seeking ways to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a broad range of individuals, including adults, seniors, children, and families facing various emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. This includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. By employing a client-centered approach, you will work to establish therapeutic relationships that empower clients in their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory for this position.

• Proven ability to deliver telehealth services effectively and maintain a reliable internet connection.

• Residency in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
