Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for our clinical programs.

• Oversee the completion of required documentation for interns, collaborating closely with universities and BWC to maintain compliance.
\n
• Conduct training sessions and workshops, fostering professional development and adherence to dynamic federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate records for each intern, ensuring audit compliance and readiness for evaluations.
\n
• Evaluate intern performance through constructive feedback and support, participating in retention strategies and corrective action when necessary.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads to achieve optimal program outcomes, addressing concerns and reallocating resources as needed.
\n
• Engage with Centralized Intake, school site contacts, and clinical supervisors to ensure effective management of intern assignments.
\n
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, consistently reviewing clinical documentation for compliance with agency policies.
\n
• Provide direct clinical consultation—both crisis and non-crisis related—to clients via phone and video platforms.
\n
• Assist in administrative tasks such as accurate data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system and the preparation of departmental reports as requested by the Director.

• Uphold a clean and safe work environment, promptly reporting maintenance issues.
\n
• Engage in the implementation and monitoring of all clinical program objectives, service standards, and practices.
\n
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to clients as necessary, tailoring treatment to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Senior LCSW will work with a varied client population that includes adults, children, and families dealing with a range of emotional and social issues. Our clients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
