To deliver world-class onboarding experiences that accelerate customer time-to-value, the full-time Strategic Onboarding Manager will engage directly with customers, coordinate implementations, and develop scalable onboarding resources while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead structured onboarding sessions to establish goals and deployment timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment Develop standardized onboarding playbooks and self-service resources to optimize customer onboarding efficiency Monitor success metrics such as onboarding completion rates and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles Proven project management skills with the ability to keep complex deployments on track Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise software deployments Background in change management or organizational transformation Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders
