Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering trust and openness that encourages effective communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health issues, utilizing both clinical evaluations and standardized assessment tools.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, therapeutic needs, and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored for diverse populations.

• Facilitate counseling sessions both individually and in group settings, enabling clients to explore their feelings and behaviors in a supportive environment.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and client engagement.

• Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, making referrals to external experts when clients require specialized interventions outside of your purview.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include families navigating relational conflicts, couples seeking to enhance their communication skills, and individuals tackling a range of mental health challenges. We focus on providing culturally competent and client-centered care, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma, among others. Your role will empower clients to develop effective coping strategies, fostering long-term mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, but a Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
