Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting, therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering a safe and open environment for discussion.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client goals, strengths, and needs, tailoring your approach for effective results.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable objectives, consistently monitoring progress and modifying plans as needed.

• Facilitate regular individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals to external specialists or community resources when necessary, providing clients with a well-rounded support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental and behavioral health challenges. Your focus will include those affected by co-occurring disorders, serious emotional disturbances, addiction issues, and other psychological conditions. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding clients toward recovery by offering personalized support and intervention.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is essential.

• A valid license in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPCC), or Social Work (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 3 years of experience providing mental health counseling, particularly with populations experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
