Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health counselors work with a diverse client population facing a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience, providing individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
