Easy Way Psychological Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our remote team, providing essential mental health support through telehealth services. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will facilitate evidence-based treatment using a trauma-informed approach for individuals, families, or groups who have been referred to our services. Your role will include managing your own schedule to ensure a continued quality of care to a diverse array of clients while adhering to organizational protocols and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, including their current symptomology, strengths, and treatment requirements.

• Develop individualized, family-centered, and culturally relevant treatment plans that address client concerns and facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Deliver outpatient counseling services via telehealth, employing trauma-informed practices to create a safe space for clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising other clinicians and service coordinators to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Complete all required clinical documentation promptly and thoroughly, including client assessments and treatment plans, in compliance with program policies.

• Maintain organized and detailed case files and effectively assess and manage crisis situations when they arise.

• Manage an assigned client caseload based on resources and programmatic needs, ensuring that the needs of all clients are met effectively.

• Perform other related duties as required by the organization to support service delivery and operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families from various backgrounds, many of whom may present with complex mental health issues influenced by socio-economic factors. A focus on treating vulnerable populations enhances the therapeutic process, as you will need to thoughtfully navigate their unique challenges while providing empathetic and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field of study is required, along with an active clinical license in California.

• Licensed mental health professionals must hold one of the following credentials: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or another acceptable clinical license as determined by the hiring manager.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly with vulnerable populations, is preferred, we value enthusiasm and a desire for continued professional growth. Compensation and Benefits\n
